Every meaningful partnership begins with a shared vision.

On 19 July, SSSP welcomed a team of journalists to Damascus University’s Faculty of Information Technology, where our collaboration with the Robotics Club is opening new opportunities for young people through technology, innovation, and education.

Joining the event online, SSSP Founder Lara Tseng welcomed participants by sharing the spirit behind the partnership.

“At SSSP, our DNA is Taiwan and Syria together. We believe our role is to build a bridge between the two sides by connecting people, sharing knowledge, and creating opportunities through education.”

Her message reflected the purpose of the visitโ€”not only to introduce new educational initiatives, but also to demonstrate how international collaboration can empower the next generation of innovators.

Innovation Through Partnership

The visit introduced journalists to SSSP’s partnership with the Robotics Club and the shared commitment to providing students with practical learning experiences that connect academic knowledge with real-world applications.

Rather than focusing only on presentations, the visit highlighted learning in action. Students demonstrated their work, shared their experiences, and showcased how technology can become a tool for creativity, problem-solving, and community development.

From Learning to Creating

One of the featured initiatives was the Computer Vision Course, where students are developing practical skills in artificial intelligence and computer vision while exploring how these technologies can address real-world challenges.

The visit also featured a live demonstration of the Robot Dog Project, giving journalists the opportunity to observe students applying their knowledge through hands-on engineering and robotics activities. By speaking directly with participants, the media team gained a closer understanding of the students’ learning journey and the impact of project-based education.

Sharing Stories That Matter

Throughout the visit, journalists documented the activities through photography and video, placing special emphasis on capturing students actively engaged in learning and innovation.

The visit reinforced an important message: education is most meaningful when it inspires curiosity, collaboration, and the confidence to transform ideas into reality.

The final media production is currently in development and will continue to document the progress of these initiatives over the coming months.

Looking Ahead

At SSSP, we believe education is strengthened through collaboration. Our partnership with the Robotics Club reflects our ongoing commitment to connecting Taiwan and Syria through knowledge, innovation, and shared opportunities.

By investing in young people and creating spaces where they can learn, experiment, and build together, we continue working toward a future where education serves as a bridge between communities and a foundation for lasting positive change.
