Turkey — March 2025

SSSP organized a special Eid shopping event for 80 Syrian children in Turkey, celebrating their successful participation in the Ramadan Challenge 2025.

✨ Celebrating Achievement Through Giving As a reward for completing the month-long educational challenge, the children were invited to select new clothes, allowing them to enjoy Eid with dignity and happiness. To ensure a smooth experience, the shopping day was divided into three sessions, with volunteers and staff offering guidance and encouragement.

🌏 A Cultural Twist: The Red Envelope Tradition This year, SSSP introduced a cultural exchange twist, placing the children’s earned rewards into Taiwanese red envelopes, connecting them to global traditions beyond their own.

🛍️ Empowering Independence Through Shopping For many participants, this was their first independent shopping experience, teaching them valuable life skills such as making choices, handling money, and building confidence. Returning children from last year’s challenge demonstrated notable growth—an inspiring testament to the lasting impact of this initiative.

🚀 Continuing the Journey Beyond Eid Though Ramadan Challenge 2025 has concluded, SSSP remains dedicated to empowering vulnerable children through education, mentorship, and meaningful opportunities.
