Description

In this lecture, participants will learn key strategies and approaches to effective time management. Participants will then delve into common pitfalls in time management, such as setting high expectations, struggling to balance time-wasting and time-saving activities, falling into the planning trap, planning during mood spikes, and the tendency to procrastinate.

The lecture then examines cultural and religious perspectives on time management. Participants will discuss whether time management is considered a foreign concept in Eastern cultures and religions, and examine historical examples of how scholars and thinkers in the region have approached the notion of time. The discussion will also explore why time management practices are not as widely adopted in today’s society compared to the West.

Participants will learn techniques for creating a weekly plan and a daily to-do list to effectively manage their time and achieve their objectives.
