We are thrilled to announce our latest initiatives at the SSSP Small School Support Project, in collaboration with the Floka Charity in Reyhanli, Turkey. The Floka Charity generously provides us with facilities and classrooms at their headquarters, enabling us to conduct various activities for children. Recently, we have successfully organized activities for children and launched English language courses for both children and youth. 🏫📚

One of our dedicated team members visited the Floka Charity for the first time and received a warm welcome. She conducted an engaging activity for around 20 to 25 children. The session began with introductions, where she explained our organization and the purpose of her visit. Using books from our library, she read stories to the children, who also enthusiastically participated in reading. The session concluded with the distribution of sweets, leaving the children happy and eager for more activities in the future. 📖🍬😊

On another occasion, our team member returned to the Floka Charity to conduct activities for 13 Syrian and Turkish children aged 7 to 10. She started by getting to know the children and chose some books from our library. For the Turkish children who did not speak Arabic, she introduced them to basic pronunciation and writing skills, helping them form words. The session included a recreational activity and games, which the children thoroughly enjoyed. The day ended with our member distributing gifts, leaving the children looking forward to future sessions. 🎲🎁😁

In our ongoing collaboration with the Floka Charity, we are proud to launch English conversation courses for children and staff at the Charity. Additionally, we will soon introduce courses for adults. These initiatives are part of our efforts to equip Syrian refugees in Turkey with essential skills to adapt to the demands of the modern world. Learning English is crucial for education, employment, and social integration, as it opens new opportunities and helps build a better life. 🇬🇧🗣🌍
